In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ab88 website located at ab88.lat and any associated mobile applications, software, or services operated by ab88.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered with ab88 through which the Player accesses all gaming services.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the ab88 Platform for any purpose.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Player's ab88 Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by ab88, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by ab88 in compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of ab88, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failure, or cyberattacks.

2.1 By accessing the ab88 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms apply to all services offered by ab88, including online casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer games, sabong, slot games, and all associated payment and bonus services.

2.3 ab88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

2.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the terms of any specific promotion or game, the promotion-specific or game-specific terms shall prevail for that particular matter only.

3.1 To be eligible to open and maintain an ab88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not restricted;
3. You are not accessing the Platform for the benefit of any third party;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ab88 or any of its affiliated companies;
5. You have not previously been excluded from ab88 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other person.

3.2 ab88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the Account lifecycle. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, ab88 may suspend the Account and withhold access to funds pending resolution.

3.3 It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. ab88 makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or appropriate in all locations.

4.1 Players must register only one (1) Account on the ab88 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

4.2 During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in the same name as the Account.

4.3 ab88 conducts KYC verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR requirements. Players may be required to submit the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, Philippine driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or similar)
• Proof of date of birth confirming the Player is 21 years of age or older
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months

4.4 Full withdrawal privileges are unlocked only upon successful completion of KYC verification. ab88 may impose deposit and withdrawal limits on unverified Accounts.

4.5 Players are responsible for keeping Account information current. Any material change to personal details must be reported to ab88 support within fourteen (14) days of the change occurring.

5.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. ab88 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.

5.2 Players must not share their Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through an Account using the correct credentials will be treated as authorised by the Account holder, regardless of who actually performed the action.

5.3 In the event of suspected unauthorised access, breach, or compromise of Account credentials, the Player must notify ab88 immediately through the official live chat support channel.

5.4 ab88 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

5.5 ab88 implements SSL encryption across all sessions, automatic session timeout after periods of inactivity, and IP-based login anomaly detection to protect Player Accounts. Notwithstanding these measures, Players bear ultimate responsibility for securing their own credentials.

6.1 ab88 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and cryptocurrency (where applicable). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier.

6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the ab88 Account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may be returned less any associated processing fees.

6.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.

6.4 ab88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where (a) KYC documentation is outstanding; (b) the Account is under review for suspicious activity; or (c) an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is attached to the Wallet.

6.5 Currency: All amounts on the ab88 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmation.

6.6 ab88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard methods. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ab88's control and for which ab88 accepts no liability.

7.1 ab88 offers various promotional bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

7.2 All bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming withdrawable. Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

7.3 Where a Player has both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, wagers will first be deducted from the Real Money Balance unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.

7.4 ab88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of an active promotion, any remaining Bonus Balance subject to that promotion will be voided.

7.5 Bonuses are intended for personal use only. ab88 employs automated and manual review mechanisms to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

7.6 Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an ab88 Account — regardless of whether that Account was voluntarily closed or terminated — are not eligible for new Player promotions.

8.1 All games available on the ab88 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live titles, independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. 8.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual Player session. Past results do not predict future results.

8.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — ab88 will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's rules. 8.4 ab88 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction where it has reasonable grounds to believe that (a) the outcome was the result of a software or system error; (b) the bet was placed in bad faith or in exploitation of a known system error; or (c) the bet forms part of a pattern of activity designed to circumvent fair play.

8.5 Sports betting odds and markets are set at ab88's discretion. ab88 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts on any market, limit access to specific bet types, or void bets placed on markets that were opened or settled in error.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab88 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, and legal action where warranted:

1. Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in doing so;
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
3. Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
5. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
6. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or information sharing designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes;
7. Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any criminal activity;
8. Charging back or reversing any deposit made to the ab88 Wallet through the Player's payment provider;
9. Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to conceal the Player's true jurisdiction where such access would violate local law;
10. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any Account other than the Player's own.

9.2 Where ab88 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, all winnings generated through or during the prohibited conduct will be voided and any associated balance forfeited. ab88 will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with any investigation of prohibited conduct.

10.1 ab88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Downward adjustments take effect immediately; upward adjustments are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted per day, week, or month. The Platform enforces limits automatically when thresholds are reached.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum continuous play duration with an optional mandatory log-off upon expiry.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Players to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms.

11.3 The ab88 name, logo, and associated brand marks are the exclusive property of ab88. Use of these marks in any context not expressly permitted in writing by ab88 is prohibited.

12.1 The ab88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2 ab88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond ab88's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events;
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes resulting from certified RNG operation;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information or content published on the Platform;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside ab88's direct control.

12.3 To the extent that liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine law, ab88's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ab88's liability for death or personal injury caused by ab88's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.1 ab88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect or determine that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to ab88;
• The Player is engaging in, or has engaged in, any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

13.2 A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ab88 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Wallet — net of applicable outstanding obligations — will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.3 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ab88 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate its findings within fifteen (15) business days. The Player will be notified of the outcome via the registered contact details on the Account.

14.1 ab88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ab88 will provide notice to Players via the Platform or registered email address with a minimum of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the ab88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

14.3 The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. Players are advised to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the ab88 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the parties agree that the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.4 ab88 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that ab88 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
